PAYMENT: I currently accept Paypal as the only method of payment. I expect all payments to be made within 48 hour of purchase, otherwise I reserve the right to cancel your order and relist the item.
SHIPPING: I will ship items within 2-3 business days of purchase. I will use the most cost effective method of shipment. Most orders will ship using USPS First Class Mail. If you want to add insurance or would like another shipping method, please email me so that I can recalculate your total.
REFUNDS: I strive for 100% customer satisfaction. If you are unsatisfied, please email me so we can work together to rectify the situation. Refunds will be offered for the cost of the item, minus shipping costs. No refunds will be made on shipping costs. Item must be returned within 10 days of receipt in its original condition or no refund will be given.
